THEY DO GLOW WITH BLACKLIGHT (they don’t without it) Okay so when I first got these I thought I had been ripped off because they did not glow and that was the main purpose of why I bought them. I put them in bright sunlight and under a bright regular light and then in a dark room and not even a slight glimmer emitted from these things.
