Half as fluffy as my other tutus 🙁 This is the third tutu I have ordered from iHeartRaves… thus far, they have all been great quality at a great price! However, this black tutu has half as much tulle as the others (purple & pink/blue). It is not nearly as fluffy and doesn’t stand up like the other two but rather it sits more like a skirt than a tutu. I’m pretty disappointed as the iHeartRaves stuff has always been great in my book! I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to return it as I was planning to wear it this weekend…
